Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Resolution of Issues:

If your claim is approved, Sleep Sweet Sleep Wear reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement item
• Store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

Sleep Sweet Sleep Wear is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.
